Summer Anderson’s career in executive search includes 20 years of global experience in shaping executive level leaders and delivering results for Fortune 500 technology and fast growth companies.
She began her career with Heidrick & Struggles, where she helped found the Semiconductor, Hardware and Systems Practice in North America. As a member of Booz Allen Hamilton’s Executive Hiring Team, Summer was instrumental in architecting, leading and executing the Federal and Commercial Cyber Security Growth Campaigns and also developed consultative relationships within the organization at the EVP and Vice Chair level. While with Allergan she led the U.S. Talent Acquisition Team for the company. As VP of Human Capital for Frost Data Capital, she built a significant pipeline of executive talent for the Big Data Technology Incubator, and also served as an onsite coach for the portfolio executive teams.
Summer’s expertise spans multiple functions to include finance, operations, information systems, sales, and engineering within multiple industries. She has a solid track record of leadership, delivering results, and building long standing relationships in a trusted advisory role with senior executive level clients and candidates.
