Toni Clubb is a dynamic and experienced senior executive and current Board of Directors member. She has 40 years of proven expertise in making a positive impact in each professional capacity she has taken on. She is exceptionally skilled in strategic planning, managerial accounting, business information systems, and business mergers and acquisitions. Toni understands the importance of fostering positive client relations and professional business relationships.
Toni currently serves as President for All American Leadership (AAL), a premier organization that focusses in culture and leadership development. She works with the distinguished faculty members in a collaborative, diverse and dedicated team environment. The AAL organization is passionate about empowering client organization in achieving performance improvement through the development of high performing cultures. Before AAL, Toni served for 21 years as CFO for Vitatech Nutritional Sciences, an FDA-licensed pharmaceutical manufacturing company with over $60 million in annual sales. Along with her financial responsibilities at Vitatech, she also served as Project Manager for a major ERP system implementation. The implementation was a great success, despite the complex validation-required pharmaceutical environment.
Toni’s rise to the executive level has been through accounting and finance. She served as Controller for PepsiCo, Cort Furniture Rental, and Griswold’s Hotels and Restaurants. She has held various accounting and financial positions with Del Taco and El Torito Restaurants. Throughout her career, she has been a team player and leader, committed to the attainment of company objectives though consistent, superior performance.
Toni graduated with high honors from Florida International University, where she attended on a full athletic and academic scholarship. She earned an MBA from National University, where she was awarded a Leadership scholarship and represented the university as a student spokesperson.
Toni competes internationally in masters’ volleyball and participates each year in USA Open Volleyball events. She also frequently engages in women’s empowerment programs as well as public speaking at events on a range of business topics with professional CFO organizations. She is happily married, has a son and daughter, and is a devoted grandmother.
